Practising Gratitude

I saw this video earlier today:

And now I read this as today’s verse on biblegateway.com:

“speaking to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord, always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Ephesians 5:19-20 

So this is the plan for the week. Giving thanks. Gratitude. Finding things that I am grateful for, every day, in the middle of whatever might be difficult and hard and exhausting. And if it’s people I’m grateful for, then I will make a point of telling them that I feel grateful for them. Let’s make this a conscious decision for a few days, and see what happens…
